Le studio Molab Densify à La CVUT de Prague se concentrait sur la densification de Prague au travers de « High Rise building » ou de « skyscrapers ».
Panelak 2.0 se place dans la volonté d’innover sur le modèle du block of flat des an's 70 en proposant un modèle qui élargit le champ des possibilités grâce à une génération informatique.
The Molab Densify studio at La CVUT in Prague focused on the densification of Prague through «High Rise building» or «skyscrapers».
Panelak 2.0 is committed to innovating on the block of flat model of the 70’s by proposing a model that expands the field of possibilities thanks to a computer generation
Contexte
Localisation
Situé dans le quartier 11 de Prague en bordure de ville jouxtant la campagne, cet emplacement permet un projet d'habitation abordable pour les Pragois.
A 20 min du centre ville en métro et étant un quartier de Panelak ( bâtiment des années 70 ) rejoignant les gros ensembles Français la création d'une mégastructure s'intègrent idéalement.
De la même manière que ses homologues français ces quartiers ne sont pas bien intégrés dans le contexte et la relation public et privé se fait rare.
Par contre la population y est d'une classe ouvriére moyennement aisée en contraste au population en France qui habitent ces ensembles.
Located in district 11 of Prague on the edge of the city adjacent to the countryside, this location allows an affordable housing project for the people of Prague.
20 minutes from the city center by metro and being a district of Panelak (building of the 70s) joining the large French complexes, the creation of a mega-structure is ideally integrated.
In the same way as its French counterparts, these districts are not well integrated into the context and public and private relations are rare.
On the other hand, the population there is of a moderately well-off working class in contrast to the population in France who inhabit these sets.

La structure en mur porteur permet de tenir par les façades porteuses ou chaque plancher vient se raccrocher et retenir l'ensemble permettant ce jeu de forme pour les appartements allant du studio au t 5

Esthétique de la façade

En ce qui concerne la façade elle est un reflet des appartements selon si l'appartement est composé d'un module ou de six à partir de la grille, un choix se fait pour ce qui se passe en façade.
Ainsi les appartements de type 1à 3 modules possèdent un balcon étendant leur espace et les 4,5 et 6 eux possèdent des ouvertures généreuses pour la lumière.
A chaque particularité s'ajoutent une composition de fenêtre unique avec de la végétalisation ou non

Regarding the facade it is a reflection of the apartments depending on whether the apartment is composed of a module or six from the grid, a choice is made for what happens on the facade.
